- Moving Fast
- Hold A + B for as much as the level as you can as this makes you go twice as fast.
- Start Area
- Take time to plan when you leave the start. The timer doesn't start until you leave the safe area so make sure the stick is at the optimum angle for setting off. Sometimes tapping your stick on the wall can delay its rotation and make the timing better for getting passed the moving objects.
- Wall Clipping
- If you are in the start area or a heart zone you can clip the wall without getting a 3 second penalty. If your stick is rotating in the right direction this can give you a small boost of speed. On certain levels it is also useful to put the stick at a better angle.
- Springs
- Pushing yourself against springs and not just touching them can mean you have to wait less for the next corner.
